Can I bring my existing Excel files in?
Yes. Import Excel, CSV, or a selectable-text PDF containing a real table, or paste a list. Review and correct the column mapping before saving. An import can be undone.
Do my customers need an account?
They get their own sign-in, and nothing more: a short address and a password you hand them once. Nothing to install and no extra seat to pay for.
Can customers see what I paid the suppliers?
No. A customer’s page shows them their own goods and their own figures, in the currency you invoice them in. What you pay a supplier lives on the buying side of Consolly and never appears there.
Can I buy in one currency and invoice in another?
Yes. Each file records a buying currency, an invoicing currency and the rate used, so months later the invoice you sent and the account you kept are still the same arithmetic.
What languages does it work in?
English, French, Russian, Simplified Chinese and Arabic — and Arabic is a properly mirrored screen, not English pushed to the right. Documents print in English, because that is what the bank, the customs broker and the forwarder read.
Can my team use it on a phone?
Yes. Consolly runs in a phone browser and can be added to a phone's home screen, in any of the five languages.
Does it track the vessel?
If you want it to. Put a booking number on the file and the vessel, port and arrival date sit beside the goods. It runs on your own ShipsGo account — Consolly does not charge for it, and nothing else depends on it.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Everything you entered during the trial is still there and waiting the moment you subscribe, and an owner or an administrator can export all of it at any time.
Can I get help by chat instead of a call?
Yes. There is a chat on this page and a support screen inside Consolly. Ask in writing and you get a written answer, and any reply not written by a person says so.
Can I use Consolly when buying for my own company?
Yes. You can manage purchases from multiple suppliers for your own company and set commission to 0%.
